These PU foam pigs are manufactured from open cell PU foams in various densities (low, medium, high) from 45kg/m3 available in different sizes ranging from 1’ to 60’ inches. These pigs can be included with brushes, carbide abrasives and can be bare foam or coated with polyurethane and spiral scraping band as per customers’ requirements. We manufacture flexible PU foam pigs which are suitable for multi diameter pipe line and short radius bends.
